Waltz  – A classic dance which can be very simple or full of turns and beautiful lines.  Slow tempo.

Tango – Very sultry romantic dance. It is full of fast strong movements. Very intriguing.  

Foxtrot – Very smooth flowing dance. Extremely beautiful to watch.  Slow tempo.

Viennese Waltz – This dance has the simplest steps and is gorgeous to watch, however, three minutes of this dance is said to be more strenuous than a full game of Rugby League.

Quickstep – Looks like it sounds. Can be very simple or full of spectacular moves and running steps. Energetic and exciting.  

Cha Cha Cha – The cheekiest of all Latin dances. Flirtatious and fun.

Samba – Infections groove straight from Brazil. For those who really FEEL the music and like to shake it.

Rumba – Most popular wedding dance due to its romantic nature. Known as the ‘Dance of Love’.  Slow tempo.

Paso Doble – The ‘Bull Fight’. This dance is a story of a Matador (man) and his Cape (woman). Very strong and exciting dance.

Jive – The good old Jive. High energy, high excitement. Lots of bounces and spins.
